I have been fortunate to dine at Michelin restaurants around the world. What I loved about Fiskebar was that it was a dining experience unlike any other I have experienced. The food was creative, flavorful, and most importantly authentic. This dishes and presentations were truly unique and the staff, especially my server Ludovic, did such a great job articulately the dishes and creating a warm and unpretentious experience in a very cool restaurant environment.

My mother and I had a fantastic dinner at Fiskebar. We started at the bar Fred and were transferred to our table at the restaurant. The food is tasty. The wine list is extensive. The staff is attentive and polite. Our waiter Ludovico made our dinner truly special; he talked to my mother in her native language, which made the visit very personal and memorable for her. He also explained every dish in detail and gave good recommendations regarding wine. Great dinner!

Very much enjoyed our meal here. The use of fermentation really adds an extra dimension to some of the dishes. There is clearly a lot of thought and care that goes into the sourcing of ingredients and menu planning. We were all very impressed and will certainly be back at some point.
