Each carrying a unique culinary heritage, the four chefs draw from their Italian, Swiss, French, and Portuguese roots to craft an extraordinary menu. Inspired by their childhood memories, this eight-hands dinner is a tribute to the essence of taste: from Francesca Fucci's Puglia to Philippe Chevrier's Geneva, through François Periers' Brittany and Normandy, and Manuel Pereira's Portugal. Blending tradition and creativity, this gastronomic encounter will showcase seasonal ingredients, elevated by the chefs' talent and sensitivity, for a sensory experience as intimate as it is exceptional.

The experience begins with a delicate and indulgent aperitif by the lake, setting the stage for a sensory journey where each dish tells a story. For the starter, Francesca Fucci presents her signature dish: seared cuttlefish tagliatelle in a tomato, olive, and caper broth, a tribute to her Mediterranean roots. Then, François Periers' Bouchée à la Reine and Philippe Chevrier's hay-smoked lamb awaken childhood memories with their timeless flavors. Finally, a selection of refined cheeses precedes Manuel Pereira's signature dessert, the final gourmet touch to a menu where tradition and creativity intertwine with elegance.
