    At Fiskebar, Francesca Fucci and Alessandro Cannata present “Paesaggi”, a 5-course dinner paying tribute to Italian culinary culture, the first to be inscribed on UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

    The Chefs

    Francesca Fucci, Chef of Fiskebar, and Alessandro Cannata, her husband and Executive Chef of the restaurants at Hôtel des Horlogers - two Italian chefs united in life and in the kitchen - will host an exclusive four-hands dinner at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix, Geneva.

    For the first time, they will join forces for a one-of-a-kind culinary collaboration, bringing together their distinct gastronomic worlds in a unique dining experience.

    Paesaggi is a journey: a procession of culinary landscapes that tells the story of an Italian cuisine where memory provides depth,  and the chefs’ boldness  gives it momentum.

    The experience begins with a welcome aperitif, featuring exceptional Italian wines paired with refined bites. Guests are then invited to continue their gastronomic discovery with a five-course dinner served as a sequence of splendid Paesaggi.
