The Essence of the Mediterranean, facing Lake Geneva
This summer, Fiskebar enters a new season. Invited by Francesca Fucci, Michelin-starred chef Ludovic Turac takes over the kitchens with a Mediterranean menu created exclusively for Geneva: shaped by Marseille, the sea, spice markets, long lunches, late evenings, and the instinctive elegance that defines his cuisine.
Overlooking the lake, Fiskebar becomes a summer house of sorts: vibrant, sunlit and alive. Turac’s cooking moves with freedom: refined but never rigid, generous without excess, deeply rooted in flavour and emotion rather than performance.
More than a seasonal collaboration, this pop-up captures a certain Mediterranean art of living brought into the rhythm of Geneva: relaxed yet exacting, elegant yet warm.
